Additions:- PRINT/REPORT WRITER: The AtlasAlive Report Writer is a powerful tool that allows the Administrator to prepare custom report layouts to address almost any user application need. The system is loaded with a default system template that users can copy and modify to their liking. Consult the Admin Documentation for help
Enhancements/Modifications:The map administration has been enhanced, so be sure to consult the Documentation for help. It is much more flexible now: - Update map with file: you can update your AtlasAlive map with a *.map file (e.g. any changes to layers including additions, deletions or reshuffling).
- Custom Help pages: The User can access the Help Section by clicking on the Help (?) icon on the System Toolbar. Users who are coded as Administrators have access to the Custom Help edit facilities, which are accessed through the same icon within the application. Custom Help is maintained similarly to a wiki. New pages and folders can be created, edited and deleted.

The long awaited update has arrived! Thanks so much for your patience, a lot went into this. Here are the highlights...
Enhancements/Modifications:
· The map administration has been modified significantly, so be sure to consult the Documentation for help. It is much more intuitive now.
-File Uploads show progress indicators so you can easily judge when upload will finish.
-The Query setup has been changed. You now create a query for a specific map and you can share an existing query from another map.
· The map interface layout has been enhanced again, to make it more intuitive and incorporate some of our additions.
Additions:-PARAMETERIZED QUERIES: This is great stuff, check out the http://aawiki.mapserving.com/Home/video-how-to-s for this and consult the Documentation for help. There are variety of ways to use parameter queries to make your map searches really easy for your users, and you can create the dropdown selections for the parameter options in a variety of ways as well. Plus you can declare a default query in the map bindings and that will load by default when a user opens you map, which is great for function specific maps, like parcel maps. We are very excited about this.
-LINKED PHOTOS: You can preview linked photos for map object right in the viewer window. Check out the video introducing this feature Video How-To's. Also we have some documentation for it as well to get you started, Documentation. |

This is the first major update to the file upload and management system. It is not complete, but it gives you a feel for the direction the software is going.
Enhancements/Modifications:
· An enhanced file management system has been created, enabling users to easily upload and manage map files and linked documents in a directory system. Also, you can now create multiple AtlasAlive maps on a single map file, utilizing different map components. (Note: you cannot create or delete directories at this time, and there are still variable incomplete upload issues we are working out).
· The map interface layout has been enhanced again,
Additions:· Messaging: Admin users can create messages for their users to see when they login to their maps. These messages can be mandatory, and require acceptance, and you can set expiration dates as well. |

This is the first update to AAod since we released private Beta. Thanks to you all who have been actively using the system and giving us your feedback. The biggest show stopper for most people was the upload process aborting and wreaking havoc on their accounts. You can now delete maps so that should not be a problem.
Enhancements/Modifications:· The map interface layout has been enhanced · The information pane layout has been enhanced
Additions:· A delete map function has been added |
